About Jason...

Jason Schubert has a story that will sound familiar, and is like so many 
people, maybe a little too close to home.  In 2004, Jason was sitting 
in a cube working 50 hours a week for the computer giant Dell Inc. 
until one day, he got a call that changed his mindset forever. Since 
then, Jason has taken creative financing and marketing to another 
level.  In  his  first  year,  while  still  working  a  full  time  job,  Jason 
purchased multiple houses using creative strategies such as subject 
to, lease options, and owner financing. Shortly after, Jason left Dell 
and  became  a  full  time  real  estate  investor  and  quickly  created 
purchasing and selling systems that have created amazing returns.

In a few short years, the results have been astounding!  Jason has done it all from purchasing multiple houses a year using “subject to” and lease options, to rehabbing multiple houses a month.  Jason has learned to wear many hats from home builder to hotelier, and everything in between.

 
Over the last half dozen years, Jason has been focused solely on the hospitality business, acquiring, renovating, re-positioning, marketing and managing numerous properties across the country.  His early painful experiences as a hotel owner dealing with the big national hotel franchises, lead him to create his own national hotel brand 
“extend-a-suites”.  Jason sees the brand as a unique solution for capitalizing on the fast growing demand for affordable extended stay rooms across the country, and a way for hotel owners to grab the attention of guests without suffering the heavy burden of expensive franchise fees.
