Jason Schubert is a real estate professional with extensive experience in the Hotel and Hospitality industry. In addition to owning and managing numerous successful properties he has also offered teaching and mentoring programs covering acquisition, marketing and management of hotels.

As with any type of teaching program it is never possible to guarantee success for every student as each project and person will differ.  One can teach principles, give examples and offer guidance in a business or industry but it is up to the student to act on that guidance and every business venture comes with a certain amount of risk.  Much like a student in any university by way of example, studying medicine does not guarantee your position as head of surgery at a major hospital or a law degree does not guarantee your position in a corporation. It is also a fact of life today that with the broad reach of Social Media and the temptation to be able attack anyone in the public eye for any grievance real or perceived, public figures are an easy target.  It is also very difficult to address false claims.

Jason has been the victim of this type of public attack from a disgruntled student who announced his commitment to hold Jason’s reputation as hostage for an undetermined satisfaction. He has taken out a vendetta to destroy and publicly attack Jason and his family with misrepresentations and false claims of illegal activity and federal investigations. This person and his associates has made false claims to various public websites such as Rip-off Report and others where is it is impossible to either answer or remove any of these false claims and the sites themselves are suspect.  This person and his associates has threatened Jason’s family and followed him to events where he might be speaking to disrupt the event with a staged demonstration set up to be filmed and displayed on youtube in a deliberate attempt to create a false narrative, misrepresent information and destroy Jason personally.

There are legal claims in place against this smear campaign but this type of attack is very difficult to address and in fact becomes another form of identity theft.  Past perception on these websites is craftily edited to obscure the truth but now you know the real story …
